When it comes to St. Petersburg, it is my go-to place for specialty coffee. It is close, easily accessible, and has the best baristas that not just serve you coffee in a cup, but the ones that are passionate about specialty coffee and that are happy to geek out with you about the cup of excellence score, process, soil, altitude... you name it. Also St. Petersburg has 50 + specialty coffee places - it’s a Disneyland for the coffee geek. Crazy cheap prices for us EU snobs are a plus. Just hop on a bus from Tallinn. Only takes about 6 hours. Don’t forget a visa if you need one :)
